My gorgeous Erica Weiner yarn arrived from America about three days after paying for it on Ebay - better service than from a lot of UK sellers! It is absolutely wonderful but would be very easy to put something like that together especially with my huge stash so that might be my next project - I will buy some braid and ribbon from Ebay to add to the yarns and make an electic colour co-ordinated mix. If it works out I may even put them up for sale on Ebay and start home business number two (joke!). If anybody has any ideas for creating more hours in the day when I already only sleep four hours, please let me know.
My knitting in public plans went awry as I was ill over the weekend and didn't see any public. I have done something to a muscle in my neck (either from typing or tennis) and this led to horrible headaches and pins and needles in my arm which could be a trapped nerve. Also I felt totally drained of energy. I had some physio which eased the muscle tightness but made the energy situation worse. I missed Marlow regatta, going out for dinner with friends Saturday night and a comedy night on Sunday - I had to pick one of my busiest social weekends in ages to get ill. I am slightly better today but not sure whether to go for more physio in case it knocks me out again and I have far too much to do to spend another day in bed.
